Minimum Requirements: 2 Year / Associate Degree Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Demonstrates knowledge of departmental information by: regularly attending staff meetings, reading email information, attending departmental in-service offerings, reading communication books, reviewing available literature and resource material. Able to respond to emergent situations in an effective manner and willing to cross-train to other areas / departments. Demonstrates appropriate and effective conflict resolution skills.
