Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for a National Real Estate group specializing in Industrial and commercial construction and development. Direct Hire* Industrial and commercial buildings, focus on interior work. Projects ranging 1-5MM. Pay is $125,000 per year. Duties: • Manage, schedule internal teams and third-party vendors, determine needs and costs • Maintaining Deadlines and tracking • Coordinate with outside firms-Government, environmental & engineering to prepare documents, acquire permits and licenses • Evaluate RFPs • Submit Purchase orders If interested, please apply today!
