Customer Service Representative (Stilwell St)

METRO PARK WAREHOUSES, INC. We are looking to add an organized and reliable Customer Service Representative to our growing team. A Customer Service Representative at Metro Park Warehouses will have excellent service standards and respond efficiently to customer inquiries. Pay: $16 Per Hour Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer Keep detailed and accurate records of customer orders, requests, and calls received Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval of information Complete invoice audits and maintain accurate records of customer orders Must be able to work under moderate supervision in an informal team-oriented atmosphere that is frequently fast-paced and high pressure Ability to move files in boxes weighing up to 25lbs for filing purposes Occasional travel may be required Warehouse locations: 6901 Stilwell, Kansas City, MO PI189773393
