This full-time position requires working Monday through Friday 12pm-830pm or 2pm-10:30pm. In this role you will providing care to our patients in their homes as needed. Limited on call rotation is required. The RN - Registered Visit Nurse (hospice) position is a nurse who administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing services in their homes and teaches/supervises the family and other members of the nursing team.
