Network Infrastructure Project ManagerSummary:Need an Infrastructure Project Manager with a focus on Networking.Must have experience with Wireless access points, Firewall, Switch, and general networking experience in a Healthcare environment. Job Description:Assumes full ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small, medium, or large-scale projects from inception through production delivery; may include managing multiple projects concurrently and drives them to successful completionCollaborate with management, IT teams, business teams, engineers, financial, and vendor/contract resources to determine the project scope (requirements), cost estimates, resource requirements, and schedule to develop the project plan and budgetDevelop, manage, track, and maintain the project plan: team member tasks, broader team communications, risks, issues, schedule, financials (budget, forecasts, and actuals), project conflicts, and overall quality project delivery through all project phasesEstablish and maintain IT operation, policies, and proceduresMinimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projectsManages scope and mitigates risk across projectsProduces regular status reports and facilitates recurring status meetingsMaintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure technologies and future trendsPosition Requirements and QualificationsStrong experience in IT Project Management with progressively increasing roles with at least 5 years IT Infrastructure experienceManaged multiple medium to large scale IT Infrastructure project implementations (required)Demonstrated understanding of managed network appliances, servers/virtual machines, data storage units, firewalls, operating systems, applications, monitoring tools, and security/IT controls (required)Experience with multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)Experience with ServiceNow PPMBachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience and certifications preferredPMP Certification is preferredStrong project management, analytical, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective cross-team collaboration and meeting facilitation skillsKnowledge of technology infrastructure solutions - requiredWell-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for communicating with a wide range of resources - from technicians to senior/executive managementDemonstrated proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) and the ability to select the proper tool for managing a project and effectively communicating project status in a clear, concise, and persuasive mannerCalm under pressure, objective and diplomaticTeam player & leader with a customer and solution-oriented focusUnderstands the importance of communications and when to escalate issuesAnticipates information that may be needed by different organizations/workgroups (technical and non-technical)Demonstrates an understanding of common business acumenDemonstrates effective time management - provided by Dice
