Works cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Business Intelligence, Compliance, agencies, trade partners and suppliers where applicable to achieve business objectives. Use PDS as tool to conduct optimal performance discussions, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress. Utilize PDS system to identify places for self improvement in order to improve effectiveness at job and achieve goals. For assigned platforms/categories/brands, support execution of strategic sales plan, commercialization of big bet marketing plans, activation, and selling stories to reach sales and profit objectives. Develop fact based selling materials that result in successful sales results for focus priorities. Strategic expert in national key customer business trends, drivers and inhibitors. Develop national customized activation plans for strategic customers in line with customer business drivers, national programs, consumer trends, and BCSP brands that are aimed at driving consumer pull and overall sales revenue growth. Support efforts cross functionally to build assigned categories/brands into a growing and profitable consumer business consistent with the company''s overall goals. Support progress against annual program plan, volume and profit objectives/KPIs and execute projects on time and within budget. Support supplier relations and communication. Ensure alignment of priorities with brand lead. Provide guidance and direction on NBD priorities for key customers. Develop selling stories and launch materials including guidance and direction on NBD priorities for sales. Ensure resource allocation, execution and measurements are in place. Lead, develop and manage national plans to be used across Divisions. Communicate updates to all stakeholders, assist with prioritization and quality of sales materials are professional and compelling for trade. Support the management of agency efforts in delivering effective & efficient creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotion, public relations, and media for assigned platforms and NBD, projects and programs. Act as liaison between agency and National Accounts team where needed. Also manage agency work on all assigned NBD projects as needed. Ensure alignment of priorities, by customer and brand. Ensure that time and resource allocation and execution are aligned in total and by individual - and that measurements are in place to monitor. Lead, develop and manage fiscal year plans across NA On Premise to drive brand awareness and overall sales revenue growth on key brands/customers. Prioritize time & resources on assigned categories/brands/platforms most critical to achieving objectives. Support the team in creating action plans to address gaps. Establish well organized priorities for yourself. Ensure project team members understand their roles, updates are posted, and priorities are successfully completed. Facilitate & ensure progress and use the PPT system to inform as appropriate. For assigned platforms/categories/brands, support the development of solution selling materials, new initiative plans and special projects. Reconcile brand/ portfolio issues with sales and marketing teams. Also, lead cross functional development and direction of national big bet sales promotions. Lead cross functional development and direction of national or customer specific brand promotions. Additionally, manage strategic assignments with agencies, fulfillment companies, etc. Develop and follow action plan to gain the skills, learning experiences & results needed to meet career goals. Use CDS system to guide and record progress.Qualifications/Requirements Undergraduate Degree Minimum 2 years experience Strong planning and organizational skills Willingness to travel Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations LI-SG1
