The therapist applies the Family Therapy (FFT) model in their work, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. The Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence based model that engages with families by demonstrating immediate responsiveness to their needs and maintaining strength-based relational focus. Services will primarily focused in home and in the community with tele-health available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients'' homes and communities.QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master''s degree and professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.). The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, have a high level of integrity, work well autonomously and have excellent time management skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening.
