Purpose of Your Job Position: The primary purpose of your job position is to be responsible for providing resident care under themedical direction and supervision of the residents'' attending physicians in order to ensure the residentremains as independent as possible for as long as possible in the residence. Assist the resident and his orher family members in maintaining the physical and emotional health of the resident.
