The main function of our Client Relations Specialists (CRS) at the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek is to focus on the Pet Parents (clients) by being the first line of communication between the Pet Parents and our Veterinary team. JOB TITLE: Client Relations SpecialistSUMMARY OF POSITION:As a CRS with Animal Hospital at Brier Creek (AHBC) you are the cornerstone of the hospital, greeting Pet Parents when they walk in the door, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking emails, checking our online pharmacy, and interacting with other team members. They are friendly, professional, passionate, able to complete multiple tasks during a shift, and showcase our motto "Where Pets are Family".
