Quality Automation Engineer (QE Team)

As a technical expert, you will support several Technology Business Services teams, vendors and implementation partners while providing direction to Application Engineering teams. You will survey the technology landscape and guide the evolution of the current environment to support future capabilities and requirements. You will report to a Manager (Team Leader) in the Application Engineering group. The Day-to-Day:Develop Test automation strategy and Roadmaps for capabilities in partnership with other technology groups (EA, I&O, Product teams)Help transform existing manual QA group to a QE function with automation-first mindsetBe a technical consultant to the QE team and the organization on Automation processes, tools, and technologiesDesign, configure, and setup various Test automation tools on-prem and on-cloud to improve efficiency and improve operational stabilityDevelop tooling and processes to increase automation and adherence to security and audit controlsDesign and develop enterprise standard test automation, Test Data management frameworks, and processesFoster the use of tools and capabilities across Technology groupsYour Qualifications:6+ years of overall IT experience, and over 4+ years of experience as a Test Automation EngineerExperience helping organizations transform existing manual QA groups to a QE function with automation-first mindsetExperience with test automation, Test Data management tools such as Test Complete Pro, ReadyAPI, Service vPro, NeoLoad, GenRocket and Delphix3+ years of Agile/Scrum experienceExperience creating test automation frameworks and processesExperience implementing BDD/TDD and relevant toolsets is requiredExperience with containers and container orchestration and with performance testing toolsWhy Fisher Investments: At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
