Receptionist | Service Cashier - FLEX HOURS!

Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a fun, energetic, motivated and professional Receptionist | Service Cashier to join their team! This is a part time position that offers 20-30 flexible hours a week! Every other Saturday required. Apply today! The Receptionist greets customers when they come into the dealership''s showroom, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate staff member. The receptionist also answers multi line phone system, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department. As with all positions within dealerships, receptionists are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Job Duties Greet the showroom customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member Answer/operate multi line phone system. Transfer callers to appropriate personnel, take messages and use the paging system Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, lobby, conference rooms and coffee station during the course of the day Perform general administrative duties: ordering/purchasing supplies, recording orders, operating office machines such as computer, adding machine, calculator, and copier Compensation: $13 - $18 per hour based on experience!
