The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services. The Observation Units are the location for patients who are anticipated to have a less than 23 hour stay in the hospital. Additionally, other patients may be temporarily placed in these units while awaiting an inpatient bed.
