Overview To assist the Department of Justice ATR Information Systems Support Group (ISSG) in maintaining and maturing operations to keep ATR''s information system (IS) infrastructure always available and fully operational, not only during traditional day"to"day activities, but also during COOP events. Responsibilities * Provides daily supervision and direction to the service desk who are responsible for IT support to users. * Ensures that KPIs are met and service requests are completed in a timely and professional manner. * Briefs government leadership monthly with metrics of the service desk program. Qualifications * Must meet the following Residency Requirement: For three of the five years immediately prior to applying for a position, you must have: 1) Resided in the United States; 2) Worked for the United States overseas in a Federal or Military capacity; or 3) Be a dependent of a Federal or Military Employee serving overseas. * United States citizenship required.
