Current Intelligence Collections Requirements Manager (OSINT) Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local What You''ll Get to Do: As a CACI-Wexford Current Intelligence Collections Requirements Manager, you will develop, maintain, and update collection requirements based on the DTRA Commander''s priority intelligence requirements and agency objectives. You will provide collections requirements management that integrates existing national-level requirements to assist in the determination of patterns of threat and network activity and narrow the search space to conduct CWMD operations. As required, you will interact directly with DTRA Senior Staff and intelligence consumers during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. More About the Role: You will work closely with other members of DTRA to develop and satisfy intelligence requirements to help identify trends, capabilities, and vulnerabilities of emerging threats. Work within production schedules and coordinate with all parties involved to support intelligence production based on DTRA''s critical information requirements. Conduct all source Intelligence collection requirements management. You''ll Bring These Qualifications: * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.* You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.* More than three years of collection management experience* You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.* Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.* Bachelor''s degree and more than three years of experience, or an Associate''s degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Experience working as an Open Source collection manager at a major command, combatant command, or service-level headquarters* Experience with Using DIAs OSCAR-MS or another IC level OSINT Collections Management tool. * More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.* Understanding of SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, and MASINT collection capabilities, limitations, and employment considerations.* Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
