Responsible for applicable hardware/loadboard implementation and ongoing production product support. Responsibilities Develops semiconductor test solutions for automated manufacturing testing on various automated test equipment (ATE) platforms.Develops test hardware using PCB and CAD design tools.Develops product characterization test solutions including, bench test and performs product characterization analysis. Develops and implements product test plans, including data analysis, test flow, resport generation and failure investigation.Assists with sustaining activities for test program and product debug in support of manufacturing.Supports Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 0-2 years'' experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and a background in test methodologiesPreferred QualificationsProficient in C/C++ programmingSemiconductor test and Burn in equipmentMust be able to work with basic electronic bench equipment (meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, curve tracer, etc.) Initiative and ability to handle several active projects.Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
