The Cyber, Acquisition, and Intelligence Group (CAIG) supports a number of offices within both the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment and the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering. In support of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy Foreign Investment Review (FIR) Office, SPA has an immediate need for multiple Program Administrator/Correspondence Managers. Responsibilities The candidate will provide program support in the areas of CFIUS correspondence, decision package preparation and review, and policy and DoD Issuances review; provide FIR leadership with critical support by preparing, integrating changes and coordinating executive review of key CFIUS and other documents. In addition, the candidate will coordinate correspondence utilizing DoD''s senior leadership review process, r eview and edit CFIUS and FIR correspondence to ensure logical flow, consistent use of terms and compliance with the usage of standards for the style, format, and appearance per the DoD Manual for Written Material (DoDM 5110.04); t rack staff and senior level coordination actions through the FIR Business Operations tracker; and m aintain DoD''s files of all CFIUS cases, and deliver DoD approved recommendations to CFIUS. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree, from an accredited university or college. * 6 years of program administration or executive assistant experience * Experience managing correspondence for FO/GO/SES staffs * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Desired Qualifications: * Working knowledge of the CFIUS Process * Experience with CATMS * Understanding of OSD correspondence processes
