Porter/Dishwasher

Union Square Events is looking for a Dishwasher to join their growing team at Shake Shack in T Mobile Arena, Las Vegas!Founded in 2005 as Hudson Yards Catering, Union Square Events is a culinary and operations leader in the hospitality industry, partnering with a diverse portfolio of best-in-class clients. What we need from you: A sense of urgency and strong work ethic to address any facility or stewarding needs that may arise A general understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards and the ability to conform to DOH requirements to run an A-level kitchen A familiarity with back of house operations in concessions, commissary production, and/or restaurant service environments. Strong communication and listening skills to develop trusting relationships with peers and guests The ability to communicate effectively in English The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure Open availability Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours and be able to lift 25 lbs. and move or lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally 1 year experience in a porter, stewarding, or maintenance position in a food service environment.
