POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARYTransports patients to and from the Department of Radiology and patient care areas. Operates the processing equipment to facilitate patient flow. Performs clerical duties and procedures relating to in-patient and out-patient paper flow, file room, scheduling examinations and releasing films. The fellow assists the technologist in various technical procedures. Assists in other areas in a non-technical capacity as required. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability and motivation. Displays a professional attitude with patients and staff. Communicates effectively. Exhibits knowledge of hospital/departmental developments by attending at least the minimum number of required in-services and meetings.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Must have completed 1 year of an accredited Radiography Program and be in good academic standing. Must be within 12 months of program completion. Must be currently CPR certified.Current Indiana State Department of Health Student License
