We are looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for advancing Nuance''s market leading Conversational Cloud IVR portfolio. It is an exciting time to be involved with Conversational AI as the technology is being rapidly adopted across varied markets for diverse use this role you will be working with multiple product teams delivering a SaaS based Cloud Native multi-tenant IVR solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that product functional & non-functional requirements are appropriately reflected and implemented resulting in a world class IVR Solution. You will gather feedback from customers and key functional stakeholders, creating a clear roadmap, and prioritizing technical requirements with our agile engineering team to deliver as part of our SaaS Conversational AI Platform which enables the creation and curation of self-service customer experiences.Core Responsibilities:* As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the product technical roadmap across multiple releases with a coherent strategy derived from annual planning.* Own and document the technical requirements, breaking down requirements into epics and user stories, and prioritize work across multiple internal Business Units and external stakeholders* Create, document and communicate product roadmaps, product positioning and different product offering to establish market leadership.* Collaborate across Product, UI/UX and Engineering teams to create a differentiated, engaging and intuitive customer experience that leverages bleeding-edge research and technology* Work with Product Owners to define, maintain and prioritize product backlog (JIRA) (Business Req, FR & NFR, Technical debt, security etc)* Support development work through an Agile development process* Define quantitative accuracy and performance goals for the underlying technology in the context of application solutions; this includes involvement in relevant benchmarking activities* Focus research investments in critical areas for product growth and performance* Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to explore new technologies (competitor, open source) and ideas to solve product issues and/or innovateCore Skills:* Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor''s degree; or 6 years and a Master''s degree; or a PhD with 3 years'' experience; or equivalent experience.* Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders, including professional services, R&D, sales, and key customers (collaboration & influence).* Must be able to translate effectively across business and technical teams* Strong technical background in?a high technology?related?software environment, with a solid understanding of integrated software solutions* Experience with tracking and delivering outcomes including customer KPI and managing internal margins with a desire to take ownership of these solutions.* Creative problem solving, ability to make difficult prioritization decisions. A keen eye for details, strong leadership?skills,?time managements?and ability to spot and document deviations/anomalies.* Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, requirements, design, development, testing and go-to-market.* Experience using Agile methodology or similar tools and processes.* Excellent relationship skills, able to build rapport quickly and easily with domain experts.* Experience in bringing new ideas and innovation to life in a collaborative manner and driving cross-functional teams.* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Preferred Skills:* Experience in JIRA, AHA, and Confluence* Experience as a Technical Product Manager* Proven ability to successfully manage the product lifecycle of complex technical software* Proven ability to identify key customer requirements and translate them into detailed product technical requirements for next generation products.* Experience in with IVR, speech recognition, natural language processing, and or machine learning.* Familiarity with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Compliance (PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR)LI-JG1LI-HybridRSNuance offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
