Ford Diesel Technician

Due to the expansion of our commercial clients & business, Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is in need of an experienced, Ford Certified Heavy Duty Truck and/or Diesel Truck Technician.What we have to offer: Income up to $150,000 per year Sign on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience Fully air-conditioned shop Paid sick & vacation time Don''t have your state inspection and emissions licenses? No problem- service will cover the cost of training with the state of PA Ford training offered Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; Inspecting and advising ASM/Service Manager of all repairs needed Providing quotes and availability of all parts required Adhering to manufacturer''s policies and procedures on all warranty and service contracts Examines customer vehicles in a timely fashion Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above company standards Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines Follows Safeguards rules and regulations Requirements Valid driver''s license and a good driving history At least 18 years of age State inspection and emissions licenses (preferred but not required) Two years automotive repair experience (preferred but not required) Ford Certified (preferred but not required) ASE certifications (preferred but not required) BenefitsWe offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package and all the tools you will need to be successful.
