A background in medication administration and the ability to write and train staff in various medical treatment plans, safe medication administration, as well as other nursing duties is a plus.Applicant must be able to work independently and be highly organized and able to keep track of state required medical records as well as efficient use of our computerized medical record system.Applicant must have effective communication skills to facilitate a collaboration between our direct support staff, nursing staff, and our individuals and their families.
