Manager, Policy Strategy & ComplianceDeloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Talent, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Financial Support Services.Work you''ll doThe Policy Strategy & Compliance Manager will provide management and oversight of PS&C policy operations including metrics performance, coordination, outreach, and integration with other organizations.About the TeamThe Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization supports our business, market and enabling area leaders with world class financial and decision support. Policy Strategy and Compliance (PS&C) is a group within FP&A that provides US led management and strategic vision for the US Firm''s administrative policies. This group sets the governance for formal policies and interim guidance; develops strategic business reporting to provide insight on key policy areas; works with PCEC to monitor compliance; and provides coordinated communication and support on policy topics.Job ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects supporting strategic initiatives including tracking milestones, and communicating with stakeholders to drive desired outcomes; Being proactive and very organized is crucialProvide project management for policy projects and reporting (e.g., operationalize policy decisions)Lead Business analysis and reportingSynthesize data into meaningful terms, sharing perspective to help make decisions in new evolving and unpredictable scenariosIdentify and implement learning and resource tools, guidelines, FAQ''s, Knowledge Documents for the Global Contract Center, etc. of critical firm information for all firm professionalsSupport T&E policy training and knowledge managementCoordinate outreach for US firm wide policy communicationsPartner with teams across the firm (FP&A, OGC, Talent, etc.) on strategy development and implementation while keeping a focus on achieving solutions and continuous improvementRecommend and support DTE enhancements, including UAT when neededOpportunity to manage USI team membersQualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of relevant finance or policy related experienceExtensive experience effectively utilizing financial systems for operations, financial analysis, and data extractionExtensive knowledge and expertise in Excel, along with strong analytical, project management and organizational skillsStrong Power Point and storytelling skills to develop leadership level presentationsDemonstrated experience in working with management, supporting senior leadership needsDemonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:Financial and business operationsProblem solving skillsProject ManagementData managementBusiness process improvementFormulating and delivering action plans for high profile strategic initiativesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureOther RequirementsAccountability for Results: Holds self and others accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision; Acts on items beyond formal job responsibility; Sets high expectations for self and othersCommunications: Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to create as well as deliver effective presentationsCreating Quality Deliverable: Establishes deliverable structure and content; Reviews deliverables of self and others team to ensure that they meet client expectations; Implements and enforces high standards for quality deliverablesProblem Solving: Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skillsProviding Exceptional Client Service: Manages self and others to provide exceptional client service by responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, and integrityMotivating Others: Exhibits enthusiasm, positive professional attitude, integrity, reliability, and leadershipBuilding Rapport: Leads by example; actively listens; Respects the opinions and perspectives of others; Demonstrates strong personal commitment to others; clearly states thoughts, ideas, and expectationsInformation management: Strong technical skills and effective data management are required, specifically the ability to develop complex modeling/reporting in Excel, work with relational databases in MS Access, and create effective presentations in Power PointEducation:Bachelor''s degree in business or related fieldTechnologyAdvanced / expertise level in Excel and PowerPointTableau experience preferredFocus and interest in identifying and learning new tools and technologiesFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.EA_ExpHireEA_FA_ExpHireEA_Finance
