We look forward to hearing from you!Job Description:Full time position for Master''s level therapist, for an outpatient clinic. Licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred but not required. Clinic works with a diverse clientele, so must be comfortable with working with clients of all ages. Previous mental health experience is preferred but not required. No weekends, holidays, or on-call required. General hours are Monday - Friday from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M.Develop therapeutic rapport with clients - Meet with clients as scheduled to aid in development of therapeutic relationshipDiagnostic Assessment - Formulate a provisional diagnostic assessment based on information presented, identify need for risk assessment.Concurrent Documentation - Completes documentation within 24 hours.Provide assessment services, individual (and possibly family) therapy to those identified with mental health and substance use issues.Treatment Planning - Developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals/objectives and plans per ongoing assessment of needs and input from the individual based on their identified strengths.Therapeutic Interventions - Use of empirically based modalities to engage and manage their mental health or substance abuse diagnosis.Must be proficient with technology.Time Type:Full timeDelivering Care that Changes People''s Lives starts with our employees.
