We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Account Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal.Business Function This role is the primary interface with customers of EQ Shareowner Services. This position partners with a Relationship Manager to be the face of our organization to our clients. This position is responsible for day to day client inquiries and requests, providing reports and lists, Client balancing inquiries, updates in Client Authorized signer, assisting with document collection and answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls to customers.
