We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are detail-oriented and thorough. Accounts Payable experience in a dealership will be required. Successful candidates seek to produce highly precise and accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Enter finalized cash receipts and update the receivable ledgerResearch and process bounced checks for collectionMaintain sales tax exempt informationPost accounts payable invoicesRecord and maintain all 1099 informationProcess 1099 year-end forms and reportsPrepare accounts payable checks with a sense of urgencyIssue purchase orders to vendors as necessaryReconcile warranty payments. Issue checks for warranty cancellations. Manage schedules.Prepare and process title work.
