Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for the overall success of projects On Time, On Budget, Meeting or Exceeding all Applicable Quality StandardsBusiness Development SupportRequirements GatheringProposal/Project Estimating and WritingProject Planning encompasses all aspects of HOW the Project will be achieved and includes all regulatory RequirementsProject Staffing, Budget, and ScheduleEnsures Quality of all Deliverables and Customer ExpectationsProject ExecutionProject Team Leadership including updated Work Plans, Schedules, Tasks, and StatusHigh-level technical Leadership including taking a Systems ApproachManage Project Scope, identify deviations and properly addressRisk Management and Issue Tracking / ClosureAdheres to Syncroness Quality System processes and Ensures QMS Requirements metPrimary interface to Account ManagerDay to Day Customer relationship and regular Status reportingLead internal and Customer-facing meetingsEffectively utilize all available Support staffGenerate and keep updated, all necessary reports and presentations to communicate Project Status, obtain necessary Support, and maintain accountabilitySupport continuous improvement of PM and corporate processes Education/Experience Minimum of a Bachelors degree (B.S.), from a technical college or university in Engineering or another technical/scientific discipline.8+ years of relevant work experience in project management5+ years of professional experience in Engineering/ Product Development.3+ years of project leadership experience in a technical field.Experience developing medical devicesMust be highly organizedExperience using Project Management and Agile toolsDesired skillsProject Management experience in a regulated product development environmentKnowledge of medical device development regulationsSalary:$100,000-$160,000
