Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest''s leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Key Account Representative to support our C-Store coffee business. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to build relationships with our current customers through positive communication techniques including phone calls, emails and stopping by the customer to ''check in''. The Key Account Rep will need to develop a complete understanding of Ronnoco''s products and equipment in order to provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Foster existing customer relationships through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visitsTrack order history of accounts and contact those without orders within the past 90 days.Track contact history with accounts and update CRM as necessary with notes and information on what was discussedProvide exceptional customer service - answer questions based on products, equipment, pricing, and applications.Evaluate market trends, recommend products, and utilize sampling of products to meet customers'' business goalsProvide product information and practical training to customers'' personnelRemain informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors'' products and pricingPrepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision makersExceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner, and by resolving all customer complaints and issuesContact accounts regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction Ronnoco''s products and servicesQualifications:High school diploma required, college degree preferred Some professional sales experience a plus, including cold calling experienceProfessional appearance and attitudeProficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to use database management systems or CRM to provide, organize, and track customer informationAbility to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externallyExcellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all teamsStrong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerAbility to maintain confidentialityMust be able to pass drug test and physicalAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of timeRonnoco specializes in coffee manufacturing and private label beverage programs.
