Other duties may be assigned.Transports and supervises visits of children with designated persons.Records case notes regarding visitation and other child related activity accurately and objectively and in a timely pletes time sheets, mileage sheets, vouchers with receipts, and other appropriate forms within three working days of the end of the month.Provides transportation of clients to clinics, hospitals, schools, psychological appointments, and other case related activities as required.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
