This role serves as the field expert and technical support for the organizations customer relationship management software. Since the CRM will be a universally utilized platform, connected to over a dozen systems and become the system of record for our customer insights and sales teams, a CRM admin that can help intake questions and provide continuous support of the CRM software is essential to the overall strategic success of the company. Create, maintain, and update the organization''s CRM interface Identify and prioritize efficiencies for end users Provide first level support to internal customer for enterprise CRM; troubleshoot software problems and provides resolutions to end user issues Discuss software updates with management and prepare organization for new features Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline nad enhance business processes and improve user experience Document issues and implementing/communicating workflow changes so that operations continue unobstructed. Assist in communicating outages, release notes, and upcoming enhancements to effected parties, downtime, etc. Coordinate with training departments or leads within various departments to help provide training for onboarding teams to the CRM, ongoing training or filling in training gaps Test and document integrations of 3rd party products/apps on the platform Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests post-launch with the business units and end users against business requirements Ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability and stability Document integration workflows Identify and communicate downstream impact and potential issues with solutions; acts as expert voice in the field Document and escalate technical problems or defects to appropriate internal product owners Boost usage by providing support for sales activities via creation of use-case reports on lead conversion rates and improved customer satisfaction through surveys and focus groups Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: 3-5 years of application administration experience, preferably with CRM software Bachelors degree in business and/or tech field, or equivalent work experience Strong oral and written communication skillPreferred Qualifications: Actively seeking new/additional programming knowledge Experience building user interfaces and prototypes from wireframes and designs Familiar with development and debugging tools Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)Skills preferred CRM software Business analysis Data analysis Marketing Database development Troubleshooting/problem-solving Sales techniques TrainingID: 2022-2910 Hours (i.e. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm & some Sats 9am-12noon): Mon-Fri 8am-5pmStreet: 151 N Main External Company Name: Meritrust Credit Union External Company URL:
