This role will interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical& predictive methods such as linear/logistic & multi-variate regression, A/B testing, frontier analyses or decision trees. The Sr. Analyst will design, develop, and communicate complex data analysis results to the rest of the organization in an easily digestible way, create recommendations based on data, and help implement and optimize those solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork with team members to understand business goals and sales & marketing initiatives to create analytical reports, insights, and plans that drive resultsAnalyze online user behavior across multiple websites to track customer journeysAudit and own existing Google Analytics setups and optimize or recreate for business needs and sales & marketing effortsFully understand and make recommendations for analytics development through Google Tag Manager or other tagging platformsUnderstand and report behavioral data and analytics from multiple digital platforms including email marketing and social media toolsInterpret marketing funnel data into actionable insights that can be used to improve conversionsCreate analytics reports to be delivered to senior and executive managementInteract with users and technical team members to analyze requirements and develop technical design specificationsAnswer specific business questions by interpreting complex data, modeling using statistical techniques, validating results, and communicating to senior managementDevise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including opinion polls, surveys, and questionnairesLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesTroubleshoot complex issues and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracyProvide guidance and mentoring to other team membersPerform other duties as required (by supervisor)SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESN/AMinimum Required QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or ExperienceBS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fieldsProven 5 years of working experience as a business/data analystHealthcare experience preferredExperience in data science, plusDocumented education related to marketing analytics, statistics, digital toolsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional DesignationsN/ASKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIESEmploy excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members, organizational leaders, and vendors effectively and tactfullyWork autonomously with minimal supervisionMultitask and balance multiple assignments and prioritiesRobust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyExpert in Google Analytics and other online marketing analytics toolsUnderstanding of digital property tagging and data gathering processes and techniquesStrong knowledge of search engine marketing techniques including SEO, PPCStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, requiredKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets, requiredPassion to learn and work with multiple data sources to perform complex analysesNatural curiosity and motivation to dig into the detailsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAdditional digital marketing, eCommerce, and web analytics skills are a plusComputer SkillsAdvanced Excel & strong SQL skills, requiredExperience in R or Python, preferredLanguage SkillsEnglish proficiency (reading, writing, verbal), requiredMathematical SkillsIntermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
