Were currently looking for a dynamic, results-focused Integrated Media Strategist to join our Integrated Media team and will work collaboratively across the agency. As a paid media strategist you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of cross-channel paid media campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Media strategyAssist in the development of strategic, integrated programs (across digital, print, radio, television and/or out-of-home) that address campaign objectives and deliver business results for one or more clients.Persona and media consumption strategy development. Be a critical part of the team that leads and executes upfront brand strategy work including persona development, media planning, and insight development.Develop and evaluate RFPs to develop optimal channel mix and media strategy to deliver on client goals and achieve strong ROIPartner with the account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure we are collaborating to deliver smart and holistic marketing programs.Media Campaign Activation and Ad OperationsResponsible for the planning, negotiation, buying and execution of all paid media buys across various channels, including programmatic, direct, and account based marketing.Lead and collaborate with internal teams, clients, sales reps and media vendors to develop and execute paid media programsWork closely with media coordinator to build media plans and oversee media trafficking processManage in-market campaigns and work closely with analytics team to ensure performance, delivery, and optimizations with superior resultsManage program budgets, invoicing and billing reconciliationBest in class process and partnersExecute programs with and maintain relationships with key partners in the media publishing and technology realmsResearch potential media partners, evaluating opportunities and presenting strategy to clientsNew business & internal leadershipHelp be part of the new business process with your vast media strategy and insight experience. Drive media-focused pitches as leading voiceProactively present new ideas, opportunities, and best practices to agency colleagues and clientsHelp Matter expand our Integrated Media skill set beyond paid search and paid social to include ABM strategies, programmatic and other paid opportunities to achieve client objectivesAlong with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience3-5+ years media strategy, strategy insights, planning experience across digital/social/mobile, TV, radio, print and/or OOH across B2C and/or B2B clients.Ideal candidate will have ad operations experience including trafficking, tagging and overall understanding of ad-servingSuperior marketing strategy skill set with a strong understanding of paid media landscape including programmatic buyingExceptional communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal) with clients, sales reps and internal agency teamsSuperior client services skillsDemonstrated experience driving cutting-edge, complex, integrated program design and implementation with demonstrable ROIProven ability drafting Points of View, strategic plans, and performance reports in a logical format/flow, being sure to detail strategic insights and learnings with clarity and purposeCuriosity about the ever-changing media landscape, and desire to share latest industry trends and developments with broader teamProven team builder with both client and cross-capability teams, clarifying roles and expectationsAbility to work across multiple clients, various planning teams, creative teams, traffic teams, etc.Matter provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Powered by JazzHR
