Sr. Business Systems Analyst (remote)

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their fun, and diverse team. This will be a contract, remote capable role.What You Will Do:Define business processes and system alignment.Strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community (Product, Program and Project stakeholders) and the Product Portfolio Services staff (may include offshore staff).Resolve system problems to ensure Portfolio governance and processes run smoothly.Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures.Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process.Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc.Expertise in more than one area.
