We invite you to join the Pediatrix family and help shape the future of health care.This high-impact role will be responsible for a variety of functions, including operation and financial analytics, RCM analytics, and Power Bi development. The incumbent is expected to contribute as a thought leader, and to influence regional management, physician leaders, and corporate executives as part of a fast paced and high growth environment.We invite you to grow with us and help shape the future of health care.Responsibilities* Analyze historical and projected financial and operational information, with the goal of delivering actionable recommendations for improvement to operations.* Lead the monthly RCM review process, at the practice level with local leaders.* Continuous improvement of operational - RCM reporting.* Ownership of the RCM process; including development and management of the KPI and SLA report, coordination of resources, timelines, integrity of data, and the presentation to the Region.* Interface with key executives and physician leaders, and liaise with operating locations on various operational- RCM issues.* Prepare variance analysis between our partner R1 data vs ours.Effective November 1st, 2021 MEDNAX will require all employees and new hires to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they qualify for an approved medical and/or religious exemption.Qualifications* Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or other analytical field; advanced degree preferred but not required* 4-7 years of related experience; healthcare and RCM experience is a plus* Advanced Excel skills and Power Bi* Structured thinking* Strong customer service focus* Familiarity with Business Intelligence software (Hyperion, Power BI, etc)* Familiarity with large scale ERP or G/L package (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc)About Us!Mednax, Inc. and its affiliated practices operating as Pediatrix® Medical Group (Pediatrix) are one of the nation''s leading providers of highly specialized health care for women, babies and children.
