Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Pega Practice Manager Lead System Architect (LSA)The opportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Pega Lead System Architect to support EYsPega Practicedelivery team.This isan advisory consulting rolewith an expectation of in person client service as public health protocols andpolicy permit.You will be bringing Pega technical expertise performing analysis of client requirements, provide solution architecture, and design. In addition, you will be guiding the disputes team members and deliver a variety of disputes resolutions solutions using full Pega smart disputes and other suite of technologies. You will also be involved in working with the Managers, Senior Manager to support them in sales proposals, as well as supporting the development of assets and accelerators.Your key responsibilitiesOur practice focusesonhigh valueBusinessTransformation and Integration wherethe core of the solution is the Pega platformand its industry solutions. You will work collaboratively with our clients to establish and assist with the implementation of a business-driven vision for their IT functions.Day to day thisinvolves configuring all modules/features of Pega platform.Our aim is, with our clients, to establish abusiness-drivenvision for the future of their IT software systems and processes with a focus on leading Automation software technologies.Skills and attributes for successAct as a key point of contact with clients to discuss disputes requirementsSolution, architect, and design disputes solutions keeping big picture in mind, meeting or exceeding best practicesUnderstand current, future client needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features/functionalityEstimate effort, plan onshore/offshore staffing mix, and manage financials of complex engagementsLead design and development work for Pega Disputes projects providing guidance to team membersPega 8 readinessArchitect, design, and develop advanced configuration solutions using Pega 8Review/approve design and logic configurationsConsult and train clients as requiredAbility to communicate effectively with leadership as well as junior staff resourcesMentoring junior staff resources on project cadence and technology rampupStrong leadership skills and proven track record of being a team player focused on building and growing peopleTo qualify for the role you must haveKeen attention to detail, problem solving and strong Analytical Skills.Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing Pega in at least two different industries.Ideally, youll also haveOverall, 5+ years of experience in ITapplicationexecution,development,configurationor testingexperience, preferably onPega PlatformOne or more of:Pega Certified Senior System Architect certificationPega Certified Lead System Architect certificationPega Certified Decisioning ConsultantMinimum 2 years of knowledge with building or creating disputes applications across Credit card, Debit card, ACH, ATM, Wires and check processingKnowledge of VISA / VROL disputes processing within the VISA rules and/or MasterCard/MCOM disputes processing and regulationsWhat we look forWere interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen.
