OBJECTIVETo work with the Salesforce, Business, and Information Technology (IT) teams to meet corporate objectives to maximize efficiencies and streamline business processes using Salesforce configuration.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.Work closely with key stakeholders to map business processes, gather and validate business needs, and translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements.Conduct analysis on the existing Salesforce functionality pertaining to new requirements to understand and include any related considerations in requirements, testing, and training.Collaborate closely with the Salesforce technical team on translation of the functional requirements to technical requirements.QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Bachelor''s degree required, or equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum three years of business analyst, operations, product development, or other related experience required. Preferred: Knowledge of property/casualty and life/annuity products supported by Farm Bureau Insurance is preferred.Experience with Lightning, Communities, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud preferred. Strong requirements gathering skills and creation of user stories experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred. Experience with Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics preferred. Experience with Guidewire Policy Center preferred. Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementations preferred.pm19
