We are actively hiring an Capture Manager with TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred to join our company working in Reston, VA reporting to our Chief Growth Officer. As a member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for: Lead and support teaming discussions, strategy sessions, and solution development as needed; create storyboards or annotated solution outlines Create detailed capture plans to collect and document customer concerns and desires and translate these data into key solution elements Collect information about possible competitors this includes taking meetings with potential competitors and teammates to help BD collect a complete understanding of the competitive landscapeProviding hands-on mentoring and training to all personnel who lead or support proposal development, including subject matter experts, writers, consultants, and staff as needed Provide hands-on-keyboard solution development in support of active proposal efforts Performing as a proposal manager on critical or strategic efforts REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Communications, Writing, Journalism, Political Science or any technical discipline 10+ years of proposal or capture experience, including 2+ years leading or supporting the development of technical solutions Active TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred; will consider active Secret clearance Ability to work non-standard and significant overtime work hours (as needed) Can-do attitude, problem solver Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, ability to facilitate group solution sessions Shipley Capture Certification or alternate strongly preferred COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination Requirements To protect the health and safety of its employees and to comply with customer requirements, ATS may require employees in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or test on a weekly basis.
