Job: 1278058 Job Description: This person will be doing application installation and deployment, monitoring and configuration.Essential Job Functions:Be available and participate to on-call support rotationExperience with AzureResolve systems incident tickets to restore servicesTake care of business systems by ensuring availability and security of these systemsBuild proactive monitoring and alerting to identify issues before staekholdersAdminister change control processes and maintain software release levels and system design documentation for all environments for each applicationInstall, upgrade and configure systems as required, often during non-business hours (possibly some nights/weekends)Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure supportable solutions are producedInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve systems health and performance issuesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Cloud administration, Azure preferredWindows Server AdministrationExperience with troubleshooting networkingDatabases and client-server systemsScripting / automation is a bonusEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
