From partnerships to new market entries, we lead the company into cutting-edge growth opportunities.This role will hold critical responsibilities to lead growth in several key initiatives. We need a team member with a broad set of capabilities to assist our efforts in further penetrating existing and new market spaces, analyzing our opportunities to leverage our platform and data, and execute on several key strategic partnership opportunities. A successful candidate will possess vision, analytical skills, the ability to sell the vision to payors, customers, partners and internal stakeholders, and the ability to execute and manage initiatives in an ever-changing environment. As a self-starter with knowledge of this domain space, you will drive strategy and execution for this business vertical. Let''s talk about Responsibilities: Leading business development activities for working with payors - recruitment and management of partnerships, closely working with product management and leadership, amongst other stakeholdersLeading key strategic initiatives for the company - new market entrance opportunities, new strategic partnershipsProactively managing the partnership and other relationship opportunitiesOrganizing discussions with stakeholders, assessing strategic partnership candidates for identified areas of need, and moving deals forward as opportunities are identifiedExpanding interoperability leadership for how help connect payors as part of our ecosystemMapping and updating ecosystem interdependencies. Let''s talk about Qualifications and Experience: BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or relevant healthcare discipline required.At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare technology industryAt least 10 years of experience in any combination of the following roles: General Management, Product Management, Project Manager, Account Manager, Channel Manager, Sales or Business Development Representative, Market Manager and/or Program ManagerAt least 5 years of experience in the post-acute care and/or payor spaceProficient computer skills, including intermediate level skill with Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and performance criteria preferredMust be able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to support partners, trade shows, and customer discussionsEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredLI-DM1LI-REMOTEJoining us is more than saying ''yes'' to making the world a healthier place.
