Description: Summary:The Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for the Enterprise product category. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a business with an entrepreneurial spirit, have a passion for continuous learning, and deliver results to gain market share. The selected candidate is expected to be self-driven, accountable, creative, customer-oriented, eager to roll up their sleeves to make it happen, and driven to success in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential to drive execution across various stakeholder groups.Essential Job Functions:Develop and drive strategies to grow sales and market share for the Enterprise product category in established and new markets.Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products, market share, positioning and pricing.Identify product gaps. Drive the NPD process or establish potential partner relationships for the product.Develop and execute to deliver a roadmap of differentiated products.Develop and execute strategies across customer segments that achieve substantial growth and profitability.Develop comprehensive sales, marketing, and promotional tools to educate, generate product awareness, and generate excitement for the product category.Champion and lead cross-functional efforts to achieve industry-leading quality for the product category. Requirements: 7+ years of strong product leadership.Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, or engineering. MBA preferred.Passionate about manufactured products.Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb and process data into actionable information.Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with target customers.Strong interpersonal, influencing, leadership and presentation skills.Experience marketing and/or selling in a B2B environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Subject matter expert / industry experience in the Enterprise market a strong plus.This position requires domestic travel up to 40 percent.LI-HybridPI189673746
