RD Data Analyst

IntePros is currently seeking an R&D Analyst to join our premier client based in Skillman, NJ. The person will work on GxP Compliance and Lifecycle Management for Dermocosmetics Brands. They will help to integrate the R&D and Tech services team into doc centric databases and other key systems and will maintain the relationship between our R&D/Tech Services and raw material Vendors/suppliers. In addition, the person will work on Lifecycle Management for existing products. Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, documentation writing, entrepreneurship and the ability to manage ambiguity are must have prerequisites.R&D Analyst Responsibilities:Help to integrate the R&D and Tech services team into raw material formulation doc centric databases and into other key systems like SAP. Write change controls and technical justifications for maintenance of existing products including interaction with External Manufacturing (EM) sites Lead point person between R&D and Tech Services. Manage project non-conformances, including but not limited to investigation and manufacturing procedure updates. Lead point person between R&D/Tech Services and raw material Vendors/suppliers to organize and supply raw material dossier Exercises considerable latitude in resolving technical objects and in selecting techniques and evaluation criteria for acquiring resolution in consultation with supervisor Summarizes findings for presentation. Keeps detailed records of work undertaken. Ensures accuracy and completeness of case report forms.Perform all formulation tasks including batching, stabilities, raw material qualification Support documentation of the project including specifications, manufacturing procedures, and compiling required documents for launch.R&D Analyst Requirements: A Bachelor''s degree is required. A minimum of 1-2 years in proven experience for Bachelor''s and minimum of 0-3 years demonstrated ability with MS. Excellent interpersonal skills and documentation writing are required Previous experience working with database is highly preferred Prior experience working in R&D or any other laboratory setting is desirable.
