Our Restaurant Servers provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side workstations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift. Courteously handle all guest requests based on our standards to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience. -Must be able to multitask and provide excellent communication with team members and guests. -Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order. -Present restaurant menus and help guests select food/beverages. -Be able to communicate with other restaurant servers/bar and kitchen staff. -Able to handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude. -Issue check and accept payment. -At least 21 years of age. -Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. -Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. -Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for long periods. -Must follow all safety and sanitation procedures. -Must be able to read, write and understand English. -Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills. -Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays. -Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment. -Certified in responsible alcohol service, we will help obtain if needed. -Attention to cleanliness and safety. -Patience and customer-oriented approach. -Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude. -Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and fully engaged, service minded attitude. -Positive culture and great work environment! -Must successfully pass a background check.
