Description Senior Engineer/Systems Analyst: Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization Metrics Specialist Norfolk, VA Responsibilities: Orbis Sibro, Inc, is preparing to bid on a Professional Support Services contract in support of the Deputy Commander for Surface Warfare, SEA 21, Naval Sea Systems Command. Under this contract, the Navy requires Fleet Readiness support for Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC), its subordinate Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), SEA 21 Directorates and Surface Team One (ST1) in the following task areas: CNRMC Support: * Program Management Support * Engineering/Technical Support * Waterfront Operations Support * Contracts Governance and Policy Support * Logistics Support * Budget/Financial Support * Port Workload, Port Rates and Metrics Analysis * Corporate Operations Support * Administrative Support * Information Technology Support ST1 Support: * Program Management and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Support * Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN), Community of Practice (CoP), and Forum Support Requirements: * Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field (Mathematics, Systems Engineering or Computer Science preferred), Masters preferred. * Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance * Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and experience in the development of measurement techniques and statistical analysis. * Minimum of 5 years of experience developing process compliance metrics and identifying trends that affect quality, cost, and schedule. * Proficient in analyzing data and making recommendations to improve performance.
