With industry-leading warranties, extensive services and support, and innovative products, nobody covers you better.The Marketing Specialist is a key support position within the Firestone Building Products Marketing group. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesThis position supports brand and marketing workstreams to meet the needs of the business. Duties include:Supports the MARCOM brand managers as needed on campaigns and special initiativesCollaborate with business, marketing, and sales teams on cross-functional projects.Support development and maintenance of brand marketing materials in collaboration with other marketing managers.Support execution of tradeshows, meetings and events across the enterprise, including brief writing (in partnership with other managers), planning, production and on-site execution.Manages various awards programs from end-to-end.Support the Digital team to create, edit, route for approval, and distribute customer and sales rep communicationsOversees the Marketing and Brand inboxes, responding and routing inquiries as needed.Manages the Marketing purchase requisition process, ensuring the correct documents are in hand and PO approvals are issued in a timely mannerMaintains the Marketing Department P-card and meeting card along with reconciliation of purchases.Ensures invoices are paid in a timely manner, researching and following up with approvers as needed.Works with various Marketing leads on budget tracking.Manages FSBP global trademark renewals with the IP group.Manages FSBP''s fulfillment vendor for marketing collateral and samples, setting min/max levels, managing the fulfillment budget, and working to drive program efficiencies through cost containment, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.Manages the portable display program, working with brand managers to update assets as neededActively drives, and documents, Marketing process improvements to realize efficiencies and cost savings.Support delivery of consistent reporting of brand marketing activity across the enterprisePrepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, newsletters and mailings as needed.General administrative supportSpecial projects as assignedIND1QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or Related Degree +1-3 year of relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word Outlook, and PowerPoint)Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong follow up skillsMust be a strategic, creative thinker, demonstrating strong problem-solving skillsMust be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task while producing high-quality outputsCandidate must adapt to a fast pace environment, with close attention to detailMust be a team player who can independently manage time and projects wiselySelf-starter with ability to work highly independently and act as subject matter expert for the broader businessMust be comfortable dealing with ambiguityPreferred Qualifications:SAP experience preferredConcur experience preferredEvent planning experienceProject coordination experience
