Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28227Summary: Plans, coordinates, and implements the marketing for the dealership.Assist on site and off site marketing events to promote brandAssist in merchandising inventory at the facilityAssist in communication with manufacturer about events and marketing expendituresCoordinate marketing efforts in social media through Facebook, Instagram Twitter etc.Keep Internet website presence updated and relevant to market conditionsWork as a liaison to develop and market to existing clientele base Provide support for the onsite sales efforts at the storeEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Establishes online marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.Develops and executes online marketing plans and programs, including Web site development and utilization, and establishes and maintains the company''s presence in mailing lists and newsgroups.Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity.Plans and oversees the dealerships on-line advertising and promotion activities specifically linked to its Web presence, such as contests, tours, and seminars.Develops and recommends online commerce strategy for the dealership which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.Prepares online marketing activity reports.Maintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Companys Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some knowledge of e-Commerce marketing tools and strategies including Pay Per Click Management, Key words, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing. Position also requires some knowledge of BDC and CRM tools and processes.Certificates and Licenses:o Valid Drivers LicenseComputer Skills:Advanced Computer skills in Microsoft Office products. Strong knowledge of various social media tools including Facebook, Twitter, etc and various third party applications used by munication Skills:Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and companypersonnel.Attendance Expectations:The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel.Environment Demands:Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office environment but will also be required to work throughout the facility. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative assignments and interaction with office, employees, and company personnel.Verbal and Writing Ability:Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
