Job Title: Investor Relations Specialist Division: Corporate Department: Finance Investor Accounting Supervisor: Manager, Investor Relations Services FLSA Status: Non-Exempt JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing support to investors, Business Development executives, and the Investor Relations department as it relates to tracking, reporting, corresponding and recordkeeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company. Maintaining fund raise spreadsheets in conjunction with direction from the NY Office, which includes: Tracking investors coming into deals and commitment amounts Sending, tracking, reviewing for compliance and follow-up on subscription documents Creating and maintaining database investor information Tracking payments due and paid by investors Following up on past due payments Finalizing the raise and providing to Partnership Accounting Completing reports on past due investors and documents. Compiling investor information kits Providing various correspondence and information to investors by email and mail. Assisting others in Investor Relations and Business Development executives by providing requested information and/or materials.Providing phone and email support to executives. Assisting in the preparation of fund presentation events Recordkeeping, organization, import and export of tax documents and correspondence Other duties, as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred 3 5 years of experience assisting and interacting in a business development, investment, legal services, or similar environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Must be detail oriented, highly organized, comfortable working with senior executives and high net worth individuals by phone/email/in person Must have excellent phone skills and be comfortable working independently WORKING CONDITIONS: This position could occasionally require evening and/or weekend work.
