Omni Aerospace is a precision manufacturer of Mechanical, Electrical and Electro-Mechanical Components and systems. Omni specializes in aerospace products and our engineering experience is key for all of our custom in-house manufacturing. If you want to be a part of a growing organization and have the experience we are looking for, we encourage you to apply today.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Review, process, and voucher all invoices for receipts and packing slips and submit for entry • Communicate with Buyer, Quality, or Shipping for discrepancies and or return productInitiate and process weekly ACH/check runReconcile AP statements and AP GL accountManage AP Vendor electronic filesProcess credit card statementsFill out tax exempt forms and credit applications Answer incoming phone callsAbility to multi-task in rapidly growing organizationManage office supply ordersOther office and accounting duties RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one-year accounts payable experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience working in aerospace preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.Good communication skills both written and oralAnalytical and problem-solving skillsOmni Aerospace Core Values:DEDICATION of Customer Focus - Committed to do our best by dedication to quality and delivery to meet our customers'' needs and TEGRITY - Doing what is right by compliance to laws and regulations.
