ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Palm Desert Hotels - Residence Inn & Courtyard are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager. As part of the property team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns ! Your Responsibilities will include: Ensure daily financial reporting is accurate and completed timely Assist department leaders in timecard and bi-weekly payroll processing Coordinate Accounts Payable process Ensure checkbooks are in process weekly with department leaders Partner with Front Office Management to ensure timely billing of A/R Lead efforts in compliance for all brand, company, state and federal training and compliance measures. Experience and Education: Hotel experience, preferably within Administrative, Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means.
