Our payment platform is recognized as among the best in the industry, and we are committed to investing in a seamless, global operating model that differentiates us in the market.CB Solutions Business Management was established to advise and support product management and sales executives with end-to-end execution of their objectives through strategy development, performance tracking, data analytics, executive-level communications, and project management. The team resides within the CB Solutions CFO organization. Activities of business managers are highly diverse, impactful, and involve significant exposure to CB senior management and related lines of business and functions.This particular business manager role is focused on the optimization of performance and improvement opportunities across all client-facing and product / business support teams within CB Solutions (Sales, Product, Pricing, and Innovation). The individual will be involved in CB Solutions-wide strategy and analysis projects, while simultaneously supporting individual CB Solutions product / segment leads as required.Responsibilities will include:Strategy development, decisioning, and advisoryDrive strategy development initiatives, in collaboration with product / sales managers and cross-functional / line of business stakeholders, to enhance sales model / effectiveness, product offering, and competitivenessDevelop presentations and executive material to analyze and articulate performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunitiesCreate transparency and fact base to articulate performance and advise on decisioningCoordinate deliverables with product management and F&BM teams supporting both CB Solutions and our segment-specific sales teams Data analytics and reportingCreate and deliver robust and insightful reporting that forecasts and articulates performance of our product and segment-specific sales teams, as well as assesses the strength of the offeringsPerform bespoke / ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performanceDrive efficiencies and automation to streamline efforts (i.e. utilize strategic data solutions such as QlikSense Dashboards), including working with data engineering groups on requirementsBecome subject matter expert on reporting and analytical methodologies, drawing together various sources effectively while protecting consistency Management and collaborationUtilize business management associate pool, assigned by project / deliverable, to assist on delivery of objectives; serve as a player / coachPartner with India-based teams to create data and reporting automation solutions Broader business management coverage and teamParticipate, as appropriate, in broader business management initiatives across the CB Solutions spaceCross-pollinate skills across business management and CB Solutions F&BM; participate in team ''community'' Project managementPartner with key business and functional partners to drive and track progress against key initiatives Education / Work Experience Qualifications 7 years of relevant experience in e.g. strategy consulting (internal / external), corporate development, or strategic finance in financial servicesBA / BS degree in finance / accounting / analytics / etc.; MBA (or equivalent) preferredA track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative - setting and achieving challenging goalsStrong problem solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectivenessExceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to analyze large and disparate data sets and synthesize into clear conclusionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of a highly complex organizationStrong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verballyAbility to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple activities with tight deadlinesSelf-motivated, driven, positive, team-player with unwavering personal integrityAdaptable to change in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, resourcefulness and independence to manage a variety of assignments concurrentlyWorks well independently or as part of a teamStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills required; experience with other analytical tools a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
