As a Business Analysis Consultant Sr. - within PNC''s Corporate & Institutional Bank, you will be based remotely within PNC''s Footprint except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. In this key role, you will be an integral part of replacing the Corporate Bank''s legacy system and moving us towards modern technology solutions. This is very large high profile on going technology strategy with strong financial backing and priority. You will map technical supply systems and processes and document how the systems talk to each other. You will gather the specific requirements and then tell the story and epics.Qualifications:-BS/BA in related area and 3+ years of requirement gathering-Organization skills -Attention to detail-Knowledge of PNC Systems-Agile experience is a plusJob DescriptionProvides senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives. Serves as a senior level expert on a variety of business processes and analysis activities.Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge municates with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements. Provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients. Leverages knowledge and experience to lead technology/business recovery efforts.Anticipates challenges in the delivery of products and services; recommends modifications to maintain standards in product and service delivery. Proactively seeks improvement opportunities and innovation, and fosters continuous improvement within the team Leads and participates in cross-functional teams to implement changeLeads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment.
