Job Duties Practice Overview: 24-weeks coverage annually in the newborn nursery at Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital and Geisinger Medical Center Attend deliveries and circumcisions 24/7 NICU backup via telemedicine In-house call not required Pediatric hospitalists responsible for admissions 3-5 years of experience in nursery or NICU required Compensation Package: Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and values vs. productivity Generous relocation Health Insurance benefits, including dental and vision, beginning day 1 of employment Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME - 10 days, $2,500 PTO - 20 days 5% employer contribution to retirement Our Purpose & Values Everything we do is about caring for our patients, our members, our students, our Geisinger family and our communities.
